Danielle Bradbery Biography

Danielle Bradbery was born in 1996 in League City, Texas. Danielle grew up with a passion for music, and in 2013, she auditioned for the reality show “The Voice” and earned a place in that season’s competition. In competing, Bradbery performed her cover versions of songs such as “Mean,” “Put Your Records On,” “Jesus Take the Wheel,” “Please Remember Me,” “Who I Am,” and “Heads Carolina, Tails California.” Danielle made it all the way to the finals, performing “Timber, I’m Falling in Love,” “Maybe it Was Memphis,” and “Born to Fly,” before being announced as the show’s season winner, breaking the record for the youngest performer to earn the honor.

Following her success on “The Voice,” Danielle Bradbery signed with Big Machine Records, debuting her first single, “The Heart of Dixie,” in the summer of 2013. The single reached into the top twenty on the US Country charts and peaked at fifty-eight on the mainstream charts. The debut album, Danielle Bradbery, followed in 2013, rising into the top five on the country charts and into the top twenty on the mainstream charts in the United States. The album spawned the additional single “Young in America” and set the stage for a career which has since been on the rise.

Danielle Bradbery is a young star just getting started and definitely one to watch in the coming years. Her latest album, I Don’t Believe We’ve Met, arrived in 2017 and was just as successful as Bradbery’s debut. The album gave Bradbery the additional charting singles “Sway,” “Worth It,” and “Goodbye Summer,” a duet with Thomas Rhett. It also earned Bradbery 2018 nominations for New Female Vocalist of the Year at the ACM Awards, and Performance of the Year at the CMT Music Awards (for “Stand up for Something,” recorded with Leanne Womack, Common, and Andra Day.) The year 2019 will see Danielle on tour as a supporting act for Kane Brown’s “Live Forever Tour”; she had previously toured with Thomas Rhett on his 2018 “Life Changes Tour.”
