Bizarrap Biography

Gonzalo Julián Conde, better known as Bizarrap, is an Argentinian record producer, songwriter, and DJ. He's mostly known for his 58 Bzrp Music Sessions, a series of tracks which he records and collaborates with a wide arrange of other artists.

Born on August 28, 1998, in Ramos Mejía, Argentina, Bizarrap has been fascinated with music since his early years. His passion for electronic music and DJs led him to study music theory, enroll in piano classes, and start producing his own songs at the age of 14.

Bizarrap's music career began in 2017 with the "Combos Locos" project, where he collaborated with local freestyle battlers. This experience led him to connect with other artists, including Lit Killah, Kodigo, and Ecko, with whom he started remixing tracks. His breakthrough came when he remixed Duki's song "No Vendo Trap," which opened doors for him to work with other artists.

As his popularity grew, Bizarrap started releasing his signature "Bzrp Music Sessions," a series of independent tracks featuring a diverse range of artists. The first Freestyle Session was released in November 2018 and starred Kodigo. The series quickly gained momentum, with artists like G Sony, Acru, and Bhavi joining in. By 2019, Bizarrap had become a sought-after producer and collaborator, working with Argentine and international artists alike.

In 2020, Bizarrap's star continued to rise. He released session 36 with Argentine singer Nathy Peluso, which became a commercial success and peaked at number 4 on the Argentina Hot 100 chart. The song also reached number 121 on the Billboard Global 200 chart and was certified platinum in Spain. This marked Bizarrap's first entry on an American chart and cemented his status as a rising force in the Latin music scene.

The following year, Bizarrap continued to break records and achieve new heights. He released session 38 with L-Gante, which topped the Argentina Hot 100 chart and became his first number-one single in the country. Session 41 with Nicky Jam peaked at number 38 on the Hot Latin Songs chart, marking his first entry on the chart.

Bizarrap's success led to widespread recognition from award organizations. In 2021, he received five nominations at the Latin Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist and Producer of the Year. He also won two awards at the Gardel Awards in Argentina.

In 2022, Bizarrap achieved global success, charting in countries from Latin America and Europe as well as the United States. His session 52 with Spanish rapper Quevedo topped the charts in several countries and peaked at number 98 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The same month, his session 39 with Snow Tha Product was certified platinum in the United States.

Bizarrap's most recent collaboration is session 53 with Colombian singer Shakira. The song has broken multiple Guinness World Records for a Latin song on YouTube and Spotify. With his unique blend of EDM, Latin trap, and Latin hip-hop styles, Bizarrap has established himself as a dominant force in the music industry.
