Icewear Vezzo is an American rapper from Detroit, Michigan, best known for his Clarity mixtape series and his Rich Off Pints mixtape trilogy. He is the founder of Iced Up Records and is signed to Quality Control Music. Vezzo has been a prominent figure in the Detroit hip hop scene and has gained recognition for his unique style and energetic lyrics.Vezzo was born on October 31, 1989, in the Gratiot-Findlay neighborhood of Detroit. He grew up on Sanford Ave & Bradford Ave on the east side of Detroit.Vezzo started his career as a member of the rap group Green Guyz, which was founded by his relatives and siblings in Minnesota.Vezzo released his debut solo mixtape The Clarity in 2012, which gained him traction in the music industry. He went on to release several more Clarity mixtapes, including The Clarity 2: Can't Stop the Count, The Clarity 3: Fully Blown, and Clarity 4: I Can't Fall Off. In 2016, he released a full-length mixtape called Moon Walken.In 2018, Vezzo was signed to Motown Records and released his Clarity 6 mixtape under the label. He also released his debut single "Balance" featuring Big Sean.In 2021, Vezzo released his single "Up the Sco" with Lil Durk and went on to release his project Rich Off Pints featuring guest appearances by several rappers. The album debuted at number seven on the Heatseekers Albums chart.He followed up with Rich Off Pints 2, which debuted at number one on the Heatseekers Albums chart and peaked at number 34 on the Independent Albums chart. In July 2022, Vezzo released Rich Off Pints 3, the final installment in his Rich Off Pints mixtape trilogy.In August 2022, Vezzo signed a deal with Quality Control Music and released his track "It's All On U" with Kodak Black. He also released his Gangsta Grillz mixtape Paint the City in December 2022, featuring appearances from several notable rappers.
