TiaCorine, born Tia Shultz, is a rising star in the music industry. Hailing from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, she has made a name for herself as a talented rapper and songwriter. Born to a Shoshone mother and a Japanese-African American father, Tia's unique cultural heritage has undoubtedly influenced her artistic style.Growing up, Tia was drawn to the performing arts, beginning with local talent shows in the fourth grade. She also took flute and piano lessons, showcasing her versatility as an artist. After attending Winston-Salem State University, where she earned a degree in exercise physiology, Tia initially planned to become a physician assistant. However, her passion for music led her to pursue a career in the entertainment industry instead.In 2017, Tia released her first major single, "Cabbage," featuring OG Spliff. This marked the beginning of her professional music career. Later that year, she signed with South Coast Music Group and went on to release her debut EP, 34Corine, in 2020.
