Reality show star and television personality Troy Landry was born in 1960 in Louisiana. Best known for his role on the History channel’s hit series, Swamp People, Troy is a professional alligator hunter and a member of one of the families featured on the show for their unique lifestyle.

Troy is particularly talented in his profession; he is said to have capture more than eighty alligators in a single day at one point.
